Mega-virtuosic Latin American music performed by international soloists and friends Francisco Correa and Julian Gil Rodriguez (leader of 2nd violins with the London Symphony Orchestra).
This concert project has taken over a year in the making: first Francisco and Julian carefully curated a list of beautiful and showy pieces from the South-American folklore; they then commissioned arrangements especially for their duo from very sought after composers from Brazil, Colombia, and Argentina. There will be a few world premieres in this concert: from Colombian composers Lucas and Daniel Saboya and from Brazilian arranger Dinho Nogueira. The duo will also premiere some of their own arrangements, which mix their highly developed performance skills combined with their deep (indeed native) knowledge of Latin American music styles.
This concert will be STUNNING. Book your tickets now to avoid missing the concert of the year!
About Francisco: "Beautiful sound, rich and solid at the same time, Francisco Correa is a guitarist who knows the guitar and really knows how to make it sound" -Radio France-
